Monument and Brutalism Architecture explained..

Monumentalism is the visual study of large scale monuments of socialist architecture. The major works are in Communist Countries of the old Soviet Empire.  A number of these monuments are used as propaganda displaying the "Superman" or Hero of the State.

Brutalism is an architectural philosophy that was often also associated with a socialist Utopian ideology. The term is coined from the French word meaning raw concrete.
